Kids spend most of the day at school doing something important.
They’re listening.
They’re learning.
They’re focusing.
They’re being asked to sit still and hold it together.
That matters.
But so does this.
Running.
Playing.
Wrestling.
Laughing.
Moving.
A child’s body needs movement just like the mind needs learning.
Sometimes after a full day of concentrating, the best thing for a kid is not more correction or more structure.
Sometimes they just need space to move, breathe, and be a kid.
A lot of growth is happening in moments like these, even when it just looks like play. 🐿️
