Found a location we can use while the weather keeps us from wanting to workout outside!

@ First Baptist church, around the side closest to the football field.

Hey Guys!! Were planning for our next fit club the last Monday of the month! July 31st! Please comment or let me know you plan on coming so I can send last min reminders and info if anything changes weather and location wise!

Spring is around the corner! I would love to start planning for a new location to do a fit club. Last year we started meeting at Sunset lake, walking and jogging, I would love to add some cross training to that as soon as the weather permits!
