We’re looking for an enthusiastic Youth Team Climbing Coach to join the Bend Rock Gym coaching staff!

If you’re an experienced climber who enjoys sharing your knowledge, encouraging young athletes, and helping climbers reach their full potential, we’d love to meet you. This is an opportunity to coach motivated youth, build meaningful relationships, and be part of an incredible team that’s passionate about climbing and community.

Whether you’re a seasoned coach or an experienced climber ready to take the next step, we want to hear from you.

What an awesome experience at USA Cycling Youth Nationals in Salt Lake City! 🧗‍♀️🎉

A huge congratulations to Leilani and Coby for earning the opportunity to compete on the national stage. Getting here took months of hard work, dedication, and plenty of sacrifices, and we’re so proud of everything they put in to make it happen.

While they may not have climbed as far as they were hoping this time, they showed up, gave it everything they had, and gained valuable experience along the way. Every competition is another chance to learn, grow, and come back stronger.

We’re incredibly proud of both of you and can’t wait to see where all your hard work takes you next.
