📣 YOU ASKED… WE ANSWERED!

We’ve heard from athletes and families looking for another way to fit training into an already packed schedule…so we’re adding new morning training options for our high school athletes! 💪

Starting Wednesday September 9th, athletes can train with us Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:45–8:00 AM.

🏃‍♂️ In season and busy with practices, games, and school after the bell rings? Morning training is a great way to continue building strength, speed, and athleticism without adding one more thing to an already busy afternoon.

🏔️ In the off-season? Get your work in early and keep your afternoons open while continuing to prepare for what’s next.

8th graders are welcome, too!

⏰ Monday | Wednesday | Friday
6:45–8:00 AM

Whether you’re in-season or off-season, we now have another option to help you keep putting in the work.

Built by athletes. For athletes.

Recognition is earned long before it’s received.

Congrats to Parker Russell on earning top pitching velocity at a local Baseball Northwest showcase event.

The cool part isn’t the number on the radar gun. It’s all the early mornings, consistent training, and intentional work that nobody sees. Those moments are what make days like this possible.

People often ask if the work in the weight room translates to the field. This is what it looks like.

We’re proud of Parker, but we’re even more proud of the way he approaches his development. He shows up, works hard, stays coachable, and trusts the process. The velocity is simply a byproduct.

Keep stacking great days, Parker. This is only the beginning.

This is where confidence is built.

Not just through sets & reps, but through conversations, encouragement, accountability, and coaches who genuinely care.

Every great athlete needs someone who believes in them before they fully believe in themselves.

Coach Emily is helping build more than stronger athletes. She’s helping build confidence, resilience, and character.

We’re grateful for coaches like Emily who invest in the person before the athlete.

MALE ATHLETE OF THE YEAR: CAMPBELL McKEAN

At Boss Sports Performance, our core values are Excellence, Joy, Grit, Humility, and Compassion. These values define who we are and shape the kind of athletes we strive to develop.

This year, no athlete embodied those values more completely than Campbell.

Campbell pursues excellence with relentless consistency. He understands that success is earned through daily effort and has set the standard for what it means to show up ready to work. He was often the first athlete in the facility and the last one to leave, always willing to put in the extra work.

His grit is second to none. He embraces every challenge, attacks each workout with purpose, and never looks for the easy path.

What truly separates Campbell is his leadership. He leads by example every day, inspiring those around him through his work ethic, consistency, and commitment.

Despite his success, Campbell remains humble, coachable, and eager to improve. He also brings joy and compassion by encouraging teammates, celebrating the success of others, and making everyone around him better.

Athlete of the Year is about more than performance. It is about character, leadership, and living out the values that define our community.

Congratulations, Campbell, on being named our Male Athlete of the Year. Your success is no accident. It is the result of years of hard work, discipline, and dedication. We could not be more proud of the athlete and leader you have become, and we cannot wait to see what the future holds for you.

🏆FEMALE ATHLETE OF THE YEAR:BROOKLYN FOBI 🏆

At Boss Sports Performance, our core values are EXCELLENCE, JOY, GRIT, HUMILITY, and COMPASSION. These values define who we are, guide how we train, and shape the kind of athletes and people we strive to become.

This year, no athlete embodied those values more completely than Brooklyn.

She pursues EXCELLENCE in everything she does, consistently showing up with a commitment to improve and a determination to be her best. She brings JOY to every training session, creating energy that makes those around her better and reminding us that hard work and fun can coexist.

Brooklyn’s GRIT has been evident throughout the year. She embraces challenges, pushes through adversity, and continues to move forward when others might quit. Despite her accomplishments, she carries herself with HUMILITY, always willing to learn, accept coaching, and put the success of the team above individual recognition.

Most importantly, Brooklyn demonstrates COMPASSION through the way she treats others. She encourages her teammates, celebrates their successes, and consistently shows care and respect for everyone around her.

Athlete of the Year is about more than performance. It’s about character, leadership, and living out the values that define our community.

Congratulations, Brooklyn, on being named our FEMALE ATHLETE OF THE YEAR. We are incredibly proud of the athlete you’ve become and the person you continue to be. Your future is bright, and we’re honored to be part of your journey.
