Enrollment for all Fall classes will open Monday, August 3 at 7:00 AM, but you can start planning now! Browse days, times, and program offerings for Rec Gymnastics, Tots Gymnastics, Ninja Programs, Pre-Team, and Tumbling.

This past Friday, our new team gymnastics athletes signed their new team banner, celebrated together, and kicked off what’s going to be an incredible season.
We’re so proud of these girls already and can’t wait to watch them grow, compete, and represent COGA this year. Let’s go team! 👏

Today we finished with our Tots program, featuring our amazing 3–5 year olds. This age is something special. The excitement, the courage, the joy… it’s why we do what we do!

📣 We’re officially launching our Xcel Competitive Team program! 📣
Xcel offers a different path than our traditional Developmental (Dev) program. While Dev is more structured with a higher time commitment and a single, fast-paced track, Xcel is designed with flexibility in mind. It allows athletes to train fewer hours, balance other activities, and still experience the fun and challenge of competition.
We’re especially excited about what this means for our athletes and families—more options, more balance, and more opportunities to grow in the sport they love.
