Paddleboarding has given me so much over the years—adventures, friendships, peace when I’ve needed it most, and more memories than I could ever count. Getting to introduce someone else to that feeling will never get old.
The sunsets are beautiful and the adventures are pretty incredible, but sharing my passion for the water with others will always be one of my favorite parts of Anchored Soul. 🏄🏼‍♀️🌅💗
Another paddle. Another sunset. And hopefully another person who just discovered why some of us can’t seem to stay off the water. 😉🌊

It warms my heart each time I host a paddle and at least one person shows up truly needing the support of the tribe we’ve created. There’s something bigger than paddling happening at Anchored Soul. 🌊💙
We want Anchored Soul to be a tribe—a place where you know you belong. A place where you can show up exactly as you are, whether you’re having the best day of your life or you just need a few hours to escape the noise and breathe.
Life can be hard. We all go through seasons that challenge us, stretch us, and sometimes leave us feeling like we’re carrying a little too much on our own. And sometimes what we need most isn’t advice or answers… it’s good people beside us.
That’s what we want this community to be.
A group of people who celebrate the good stuff together, laugh until our faces hurt, encourage each other through the hard stuff, and remind one another that nobody has to navigate this crazy life alone.
