Hi Heart of Ohio Athletics families! 🤸‍♀️🏗️

We have HUGE news—we officially broke ground on our new in-ground air pit today! We are so excited for this amazing facility upgrade.

Because of the excavation in the main gym, classes may look a little different for some of you. We are hoping to have it all done in 2 weeks.

Thank you so much for your flexibility while we build an even better training space for our athletes. See you tomorrow! ♥️

Heart and Hustle Throwdown #2 was this last weekend and we had a blast! 🖤

We are SO proud of every athlete who showed up, worked hard, challenged themselves, and gave it their all! 🔥 From the 6-event combine to handstand challenges and the Iron Heart obstacle course, these girls proved that strength & conditioning doesn’t have to be boring—it can be FUN, challenging, and empowering! 🏋️‍♀️🤸‍♀️

The wait is FINALLY over… Ninja Classes are coming to Heart of Ohio Athletics! 🥷❤️

Get ready to climb, swing, jump, balance, crawl, conquer obstacles, and have a blast while building strength, confidence, coordination, and grit! Whether your child is full of energy or looking for an exciting new challenge, this is the perfect place to become a ninja.
