When your meals are built around protein like these, fat loss gets a lot easier because these foods will keep you full and satiated.

1. Egg Whites. 1 cup = 126 calories, 26g protein
Easy meal idea: Egg white veggie scramble with spinach, peppers, and mushrooms + salsa.
2. Nonfat Greek Yogurt. 1 cup = 120 calories, 22g protein
Easy meal idea: 1 cup Greek yogurt + berries + 1 tbsp chia seeds and a little honey. I like to use Oikos greek yogurt.
3. Cottage Cheese (Low-Fat). 1 cup = 160 calories, 28g protein
Easy meal idea: Cottage cheese bowl with tomatoes, cucumbers, everything-bagel seasoning, and sliced turkey. Good Culture cottage cheese I find tastes best.
4. Shrimp: 4 oz cooked = 120 calories, 23g protein
Easy meal idea: Shrimp sautéed with zucchini noodles, garlic, and olive oil spray. Add a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
5. Chicken Breast 4 oz cooked = 170 calories, 33g protein
Easy meal idea: Chicken breast chopped over a large salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, and light dressing. Easy peasy and satisfying.
6. Tuna (Water Packed) 1 can = 130 calories, 29g protein
Easy meal idea: Tuna mixed with Greek yogurt, mustard, celery, and onion over cucumber slices.
7. Lean Ground Turkey (93%) 4 oz cooked = ~170 calories, 22g protein
Easy meal idea: Turkey lettuce taco wraps with salsa and shredded cabbage. You can add a little Greek yogurt instead of sour cream to bring up the protein.
8. Turkey Roll-Ups 4 oz sliced turkey = 120 calories, 24–26g protein
Easy meal idea:Roll turkey slices with mustard, cucumber slices, and a little light cheese.

9. Protein Oatmeal ½ cup oats + 1 scoop protein powder = 25–30g protein
Easy meal idea: Cook oats in water, stir in vanilla protein powder, add blueberries. You can even prepare this the day before and refrigerate for the next day.
10. Protein Smoothie 1 scoop protein + unsweetened almond milk = 25g protein
Easy meal idea: Blend protein powder, frozen berries, spinach, and almond milk.
