Focal Point is happy to welcome new instructor, Hadley, to the studio! Hadley brings over 13 years of experience as a movement instructor and will teach a variety of classes at Focal Point starting this August.

Hadley will be teaching Power Pilates, Pilates/TRX, a new Pilates/Yoga Fusion, and will offer Private Sessions. It is so exciting to have another instructor join the Focal Point team!

To celebrate 2 years since opening the studio, I am doing a giveaway and to enter is simple: come take class! 🥳

Take class 1/26-2/7 and enter to win either a Focal Point tank or a 5-Class Pass. The more you come to class, the more chances to win! It’s as simple as that. The best way to celebrate the anniversary of Focal Point is to take class and commemorate this landmark with fun movement, a bit a sweat, and probably a bit of Beyonce.

I am continuously grateful for the opportunity to teach and provide a space in Bellingham that is centered around inclusive, approachable, and community-focused movement. You all make Focal Point special — so, thank you. Thank you for 2 years, and counting!
