Mac from Brooks will be at the store on Tuesday, September 22nd at 5:45pm with demo pairs of the all new Ghost Amp for you to test out on the run! A new member of the beloved "Ghost" family, the Amp is a lighter, springier option for those seeking more energy and bounce in their runs.

Paige will also be joining us and accepting donations for the Whatcom Humane Society as part of the WAG-A-THON, a virtual activity challenge that awards minutes with donations from a sponsor! Come by next Tuesday to learn more!

Although this run is to raise money and awareness for the pups, this a people only run/walk for safety and due to group size/ space constraints. 💗

Saturday, September 19th at 9am from Fairhaven Runners & Walkers ☀️

Join us for a shakeout before the big run! You don't have to be registered for a Bellingham Bay race to join the fun. We will be welcoming international runners with the Bellingham Sister Cities Association, so come say hello and wish them luck while meeting other participants.

Sunday race participants will be touring the waterfront, so we will head the opposite direction to soak in the beautiful fall foliage for a change of pace. The run will be 15 minutes out and 15 minutes back (30 minutes total) with a 10 minute pacer and a run/walk sweeper, but feel free to go whatever pace you like as the timed format allows us all to start and finish together.

There will be a limited supply of free nutrition samples from Carbs Fuel, a sign making station for spectators, and a few raffles post run. See you there! :-)

Run with the Chums 5k is this Saturday. This is a FREE, all ages event! For kids 10 and under, there is a super fun Smolt Sprint obstacle course to take part in!

Run with the Chums is almost here! Join us Saturday for a day of fun celebrating salmon, water, community, and fun outdoors! This annual 5K Fun Run is free and enjoyable for the whole family, and welcomes people of all speeds. The run starts at 6pm, but we recommend showing up a little earlier if you are hoping to demo shoes.
