✨ Teacher Spotlight: Cooper Sullivan ✨
We’re thrilled to welcome Cooper Sullivan as our Summer Intensives guest teacher, leading Contemporary for Levels A, B, and C!
A Texas native and recent graduate of the University of Utah’s BFA program in Modern Dance, Cooper is currently a company artist with Spectrum Dance Theater in Seattle. His performance credits include works by Mike Tyus, Luca Renzi, Lauren Edson, Daniel Charon, James Gregg, and Rebecca Margolick. 
Cooper brings a creative, thoughtful approach to every class, encouraging dancers to explore movement with curiosity, confidence, and authenticity. His passion for teaching and artistry will make this an inspiring week of growth, creativity, and contemporary dance. We’re so excited to have him with us this summer! ✨

Congratulations to Danil Zinoviev on earning a Diploma at the XV International Ballet Competition in Moscow! 🎉🩰
This is a very exciting moment for the EBA family. Danil, the son of Tatiana and Roman, trained with us when he was a young student, and we are so proud to see him achieving success on the international stage.

✨ Teacher Spotlight: Ms. Tatiana ✨
Ms. Tatiana is a true artist whose journey began at the prestigious Novosibirsk State Choreographic College in Russia. She performed leading roles in the great classical ballets with the Novosibirsk Academic Theatre Opera and Ballet and the Grigorovich Ballet of Russia, before continuing her professional career in the United States with the Sarasota Ballet of Florida and the National Ballet of Denver.
After teaching in Florida and Colorado, she brought her exceptional artistry and experience to the Pacific Northwest, where she now teaches exclusively at Emerald Ballet Academy. As both a choreographer and private coach, she inspires dancers with discipline, artistry, and genuine care.
Drawing from a lifetime dedicated to ballet, Ms. Tatiana shares this advice with every dancer:
“If you have a dream, never give up on it. Work hard, stay determined, and do everything you can to make your dream come true.” 💙
