What’s your favorite combination?
Every fighter has that one combo that just feels right.
Maybe it’s the speed of a simple jab-cross. Maybe it’s the power of finishing with a roundhouse. Or maybe you like chaining together four or five strikes until everything flows naturally.
The truth is, there isn’t a “best” combination.
The best combination is the one you’ve practiced enough that it comes out under pressure without thinking.
Consistency beats complexity.
Drop your favorite combination in the comments. If we get enough good ones, we’ll make a Part 2 featuring your picks. 👊

🚨 6 Self-Defense Myths That Could Get You Hurt
Not because they’re malicious…
Because they’re repeated so often that people accept them as fact.
Things like:
❌ “I’m too small to defend myself.”
❌ “I’ll just use my keys.”
❌ “If I have a gun, I don’t need self-defense.”
❌ “I’ll rise to the occasion.”
The problem?
Real violence doesn’t care what you believe.
It only cares whether your training works under pressure.
That’s why we made this carousel—to separate myth from reality so you can make better decisions before you ever need them.
