✨ FORM MATTERS ✨

A little form correction can make a BIG difference!

During table-top donkey kicks, I noticed my client was sinking her back down and kicking her leg straight out, which was taking the focus away from where we wanted to feel the movement in the glutes and hamstrings.

I adjusted her spine back to neutral and brought her knee to a 90° angle, with the foot pressing toward the ceiling. And just like that… she felt the movement exactly where she should! 🔥

Pilates isn’t about doing the biggest movement, it’s about doing the RIGHT movement with control and intention.

This is why form > reps every time. 🤍
