💲Important Information Regarding
Concession Account Balance Refunds
TERMINATING Your RSSC Membership for the 2027 Season:
* If you are planning to terminate your membership for the 2027 season and you would like to have your concession account balance refunded, please email membership at [email protected] no later than Friday, September 18, 2026 so that we can refund your balance prior to the end of our fiscal year in September.
* It would then be the intention of RSSC to refund your balance to the same credit card that was used to add the funds to your account prior to October 1.
* Unused balances for any members that choose to terminate their membership after September 18, 2026 will be forfeited to the Club.
RETURNING to RSSC for the 2027 Season:
* If you will believe that you will be returning for the 2027 season but would like to have your concession account balance refunded, please email membership at [email protected] no later than Friday, September 18, 2026 so that we can refund your balance to the same credit card that was used to add the funds to your account prior to October 1.
* Balances that are not asked to be refunded by this date will carry over to the 2027 season for concession sales for all that purchase their 2027 membership.
* Please note that these funds can be used as concession purchases only and will not be able to go toward membership payment.
