The Elsie Stuhr Center is designed for adults 55 years and better. We offer a wide variety of class Stuhr it Up today!

The Elsie Stuhr Center welcomes adults 55 and better to join us. We emphasize lifelong wellness with a focus on fun and learning through classes, activities and special events. Our facility offers a fitness room, an outdoor fitness station, a walking trail and a comfortable facility offering over 185 classes and events each week. There is always something new to learn and do at the Stuhr Center, such as:

-Fitness classes to include cardio, strength, balance, flexibility and more.

-General interest classes-art, languages, history, music, technology and more.

-Social events, drop-in activities, travel excursions and day trips. We provide:

-Develop meaningful opportunities and teach skills through a variety of activities.

-Promote health and wellness to ensure a better quality of life.

-Provide leadership opportunities allowing participants to use their interests and life experiences.

-Offer services and life-long learning that enriches and enhances participants’ quality of life and positive feeling of self-worth.

-Encourage interaction with the community for social enrichment.
