Hula Halau 'Ohana Holo'oko'a We provide a rich Hawaiian Cultural experience through our Hula Classes and offer Tahitian Dance and Tahitian Drumming Classes too.

We offer customized Hawaiian Cultural Programs for all occasions. Hire us for your next Hawaiian themed event! Our Hawaiian Entertainment is customized to fit your budget. We can provide 1 to 60 costumed dancers that provide costume changes. We also have a 6 piece live band. No event is too big or too small. We also offer hula and Tahitian dance instruction to those 3 through 99 years old. We welcome any student that has an affection for hula and Hawaiian culture. We have 7 classes per week to fit all ages and experience levels. Hula For Children 3 to 14yo - Sunday: 2:45 to 3:15pm
Hula For Children 6 to 14 yo - Sunday: 3:15pm to 4pm
Hula For Beginning Adults - Thursday: 7:30 to 9pm
Hula For Kupuna (55+) Adults - Thursday 9:30 to 11am
Hula For Intermediate Adults - Thursday: 6 to 7:30pm
Hula For Advanced Adults - Sunday: 5 to 6:15pm
Tahitian For 3yo through Adults - Sunday 4 to 4:45pm

We were so happy to be able to celebrate Māhealani’s birthday! Although she has been dancing with us for only a short time, she brings with her an extraordinary 30+ years of hula experience.

Her artistry, depth, precision and the pure authenticity she brings to every single rehearsal and performance has genuinely elevated the quality of our performances in the most beautiful and remarkable way.

🌺 Kupuna Lunch! 🌺

We love 💕 creating community and believe that the bonds we build off the dance floor are just as important as the ones we build on it. The last class of each month we combine our morning classes so everyone has the opportunity to share a meal together.

There is something special about sitting down together, sharing food, sharing stories and simply enjoying the company of the most wonderful humans - today reminded us once again why creating the moments of genuine connection is at the very heart of everything we do.

We took the stage at the incredible Jade International Night Market and poured every ounce of aloha we had into every movement, every chant and every story told through the sacred art of Hula and Tahitian dance!

The energy of the crowd was absolutely everything - your cheers, your smiles and the pure joy radiating from every corner of the beautiful night market filled our hearts in ways we will never forget.

Nights like these remind us that the aloha spirit has no boundaries - it reaches across every culture, every background and every generation and unites us all in the most breathtaking, beautiful way.

🌺 Spreading Aloha in Tigard Today! 🌺

Today was the kind of day that fills your heart so completely that you just have to share it with the world!

We had the most beautiful and heartwarming honor of performing for the lovely and captivating residents at Bonaventure of Tigard.

From the very first movement to the very last dance, the energy, joy and aloha in that room was absolutely electric! Watching the smiles spread across every precious face and seeing eyes light up with wonder and delight as we shared the beauty of HawaiiIan and Tahitian culture reminded us why we dance for others.

And because our dancers deserve to be celebrated just as much as they celebrated others today we ended this beautiful day the most delicious way possible with an absolutely ʻono Korean dinner at the amazing Always Spring restaurant in Beaverton.

Full hearts, happy bellies and so much aloha to go around. This is what hālau ʻohana is all about.

To the incredible residents and staff at Bonaventure Of Tigard - mahalo for receiving us with such warmth and beautiful open hearts!
