Take a minute today to see how your body is moving. Can you comfortably:
✔️ Reach down and touch your toes
✔️ Raise your arms above your head
✔️ Balance on each leg for 10 seconds
✔️ Turn your head and look over each shoulder

Pay attention to how each movement feels. If you notice stiffness, discomfort, or a big difference from one side to the other, your mobility may need a little extra attention.

Physical therapy can help improve mobility, flexibility, balance, and overall movement so you can keep doing the things you love. 🧡💙
