One issue caused another issue.

Bent derailleur hangers can cause poor shifting as well as the chain falling off cogs. In this case the chain went off the largest cog and got jammed into the backside of the freewheel. There was no way to remove the chain without removing the freewheel also.

This was a repair that needed to happen in a bike shop.

Adding another layer of tubeless rim tape onto 2 other layers, That's not the correct way to seal a rim if it's still leaking. You can see sealant under the added layer and the blue tape not covering the inside, edge-to-edge, which is why it was probably leaking to begin with. You need to remove all of the tape, clean the rim and replace it properly.
