Our 2025 Cross Country program delivered fast times and big wins all season long!

The Boys claimed their second straight State Championship on November 17 by winning the Division III Title in dominating fashion - scoring 39 points to Newman's 87 points. All seven runners finished in the top 17 at the State Meet.

The Girls also finished strong at Northwestern State, with a second place finish in the Division III State Race. The seven Episcopal runners finished in the top 21.

In addition to the amazing team results, Episcopal had plenty of individual accomplishments during the 2025 season to celebrate! Foster Lambert '26 and Neva Lambert '28 were each named to the LHSAA All-State Team.

The Advocate also recognized several Episcopal individuals on the 2025 All-Metro Team. Neva Lambert '28 and Ada Mere '28 were each named to the Girls All-Metro Team. Foster Lambert '26, Mason Kelly '27, and Coach Claney Duplechin were each named to the Boys All-Metro Team.

While several seniors have moved on to college, we are thrilled to see what the 2026 season will bring, with several new runners joining a strong group of returning runners.

Our 2025 Swim Team had an amazing showing this past fall. The Knights had nine swimmers qualify for the Division III State Swimming Meet in Sulphur on November 19th and 20th.

In addition to numerous podium finishes, the Knights had two student-athletes, Jack McConnell and Lilianna Latour, finish as individual State Champions. Jack finished 1st in the 100 yard Breast, and Lilianna finished 1st in the 200 yard IM.

Following the season, Baton Rogue-area swimming coaches selected Lilianna and Jack to the Advocate's All-Metro Swimming Team .πŸ’™πŸ’›

The future looks bright for the team - only two state qualifiers graduated this spring! We are looking forward to the 2026 season!
