Help us congratulate our August Member of the Month…Todd Sumrall!
If you’ve been around RSHP for any length of time, you know Todd. He has been a member for as long as we can remember, and over the years he has become such a huge part of our RSHP fam.
He’s the guy who welcomes every new face that walks through the door. He’s the guy who always seems to have a way of making the coaches laugh…or shake their heads. 😂 He’s the guy who quietly demonstrates one of the most important lessons in health and fitness…CONSISTENCY WINS!
Todd is in the gym at least four days a week. Even on the days he doesn’t feel like it, he gets some movement in. He works hard but also knows when it’s time to take it easy and recover.
The balance showing up, putting in the work, knowing when to push, and knowing when to back off is exactly what sustainable fitness looks like.
But…his best trick…
The Irish Goodbye 😂
We genuinely don’t know if anyone in the history of RSHP has perfected the Irish goodbye quite like Todd Sumrall. One minute he’s there…and the next minute?
P**F. Gone. 😂
Todd, we love having you as part of our crew. Thank you for showing up, putting in the work, welcoming others, making us laugh, and being exactly who you are. Congratulations!!!!

Kerri Lee has been part of the RSHP family since 2012, and our first interaction still makes us laugh. She emailed asking to skip Foundations because she was a Zumba instructor and understood fitness. What she forgot to mention was that she was also a former gymnast and collegiate water skier. From that day on, “Zumba Girl” became one of our favorite inside jokes.
Over the past 14 years, Kerri has been a huge part of RSHP. She’s competed on our Regional team, represented RSHP at the CrossFit Games as a Masters athlete, coached classes, and encouraged countless people along the way.
However, what makes Kerri truly special has very little to do with competition or fitness.
Recently, Kerri faced one of the biggest challenges of her life when she was diagnosed with breast cancer. Throughout treatment, she continued prioritizing movement because she knew it helped her heal physically and mentally.
Kerri has also spent years pouring into the people around her. She’s been a constant source of encouragement for so many at RSHP, from fitness to life. Most recently, she was there for another longtime RSHP member, Lauren, navigate her own cancer diagnosis. She was there through treatments, offering support, friendship, and hope every step of the way. She even delivered home made sourdough bread after treatments.
And yes…her sourdough is legendary!
She’s also been an incredible friend to our family. We truly can’t imagine RSHP without her.
Kerri reminds us that strength isn’t measured by the weight on the bar, it’s measured by how you show up for yourself and for others.
Congratulations, Kerri! We love you, and we’re incredibly grateful you’re part of our family.
Help us celebrate Kerri and comment with stories about her so she can feel the love and support she has given so many of us!
Kerri Lee

The Committed League at RSHP is where we celebrate consistency 🎉
Congrats to everyone who checked in for class 16 or more times in June! Get those Inbody scans done and continue to track your progress!
Fitness is a journey where consistency wins. You don’t have to go hard everyday, you just need to move your body consistently over time to see and feel the benefits.
Every month that our members qualify for the Committed League, they receive a free Inbody scan. All you need to do is check into class 16 or more times a month…easy peasy! Feel results of consistency AND have data to back it up 💪🏻

Congratulations to Robby Crochet for being named our May 2026 Member of the Month!!!
Robby is the definition of good energy. He walks into the gym every day with a huge smile, positive attitude, and somehow manages to make everybody else’s day better too. New members instantly feel welcomed around him, coaches love having him in class, and his positive vibe is contagious.
What’s even more impressive is that Robby does all of this while juggling a packed schedule with work, family, and nonstop responsibilities. He has every reason to make excuses, but he never does. He continues to show up, stay consistent, and prioritize his health no matter how busy life gets.
What many people may not know is how much Robby helps behind the scenes too. From building new sled poles for the gym to repairing equipment we thought was done for, he’s always willing to step in and help however he can without ever wanting recognition for it.
Robby is just an all around great guy who leads with his big heart every single day!
We’re lucky to have you at RSHP, Robby!!! Congrats on being our May 2026 Member of the Month!!!
