A Baton Rouge native and St. Joseph Academy alum, Ava was the 2026 Conference USA Freshman of the Year, a member of the 2026 CUSA All Freshman Team, and a 2025-26 National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) All-American. 🏆
