A little about :
• Every meal is cooked using 100% avocado oil. We don’t use seed oils.
• We focus on lower sodium, lower sugar meals with quality carbohydrates, healthy fats, and high protein while still delivering full portions and great flavor.
• Every meal is handcrafted from start to finish. I personally do all of the grocery shopping, hand-select every ingredient, prep every vegetable, season every protein, and cook every meal myself to ensure consistency and quality.
• Standard meals include 125g of carbohydrates, 85g of vegetables, and 5 oz of protein, with the option for customers to add extra protein if they’d like.
• I also offer completely custom meal preps. If someone has specific macros, dietary restrictions, or meal requests, l’m happy to work with them one-on-one.
Pricing just depends on the ingredients requested.
