OLD FRIENDS + NEW FRIENDS = THE BEST KIND OF CONNECTION. 🍂

That’s what MOVE • LINK • SIP • SHOP is really all about—bringing people together, supporting one another, creating new relationships, and having FUN while we do it! 💜

Our friend Jess with Light + Links has been with us from the beginning, and we LOVE getting to collaborate with her again. There’s something special about permanent jewelry—you choose your piece, get linked, and leave with a little reminder of a friendship, moment, or memory. 🔗

Our new friend Kelly with Unfiltered Moves is bringing her energy to the Healthy Bar! We’re kicking off the morning at 8 AM with movement, dancing, laughing, and FUN—because motion is lotion and movement is medicine! 💃

And we’re so excited to welcome our new friend Savannah with Fourth Haven & Co. God is so good at making connections! If you’re looking for awesome Basehor/Bobcat apparel to show your school spirit, Savannah is your girl! 💚💛 🛍️

And of course, we’ll be serving up all the FALL SIPS at Basehor Nutrition! 🥤🍂

At the end of the day, this is what we want the Healthy Bar to be—a place for old friends, new friends, new connections, great energy, and a place where you can simply COME AS YOU ARE. ❤️

An evening of learning, connecting with our local first responders, and showing our appreciation for the people who help keep Basehor safe every day.

We’re also so grateful to Sarah Laundy, Real Estate Agent, for sponsoring our very first event and helping us bring it to life! We’ll be shining the light on Sarah tomorrow and sharing more about her heart for our community.
