Our maintenance crew cleared a large limb off the walking path at Elmore Civic Park late this afternoon. The debris will be hauled off on Monday.

Bartlett LIVE is back starting tomorrow night and our Rec Rover will be on-site with plenty of family-friendly games and activities to enjoy while Truck Patch Revival brings the music!

Bartlett LIVE starts this Saturday night with a free concert by Truck Patch Revival at 7pm in WJ Freeman Park. We will have Food Trucks open at 6pm with BBQ X, Mr.Casas Japanese & Mexican Food, 901 Eats and Treats, The Fry Guy, Dipsticle, Donna's Kettle Corn, Halinka's Polish Eatery, Meddlesome Brewing Company, and Nichole Squared, LLC (adult and regular) Lemonade, and Llama’s Frozen Treats.
The show is free to you because we have the best sponsors ever. You can thank First Horizon Bank, Side Porch Steakhouse, Memphis Record Pressing, Worthington Chiropractic-Bartlett, and Dobbs Brothers Chevrolet of Bartlett for picking up the tab.

Today we are recognize two employees from the Athletics branch of our Recreation Division.

Meredith Winkler, Manager on Duty, has been with Athletics for 10 years. Her versatility and dedication has allowed her to serve in a variety of roles from working concession stands, helping in the office, assisting with online registrations, scorekeeping during basketball season, and supervising facilities.

Cliff DeBerry, Sports Official, is also celebrating 10 years with Athletics. He is an excellent basketball referee, officiating both youth and adult basketball leagues, and we are thankful for his continued dedication.

We are partnering with the City of Bartlett Public Library, Legacy Cares Bartlett, and the Shelby County Community Services for our "Back to School Family Fun Day" which will be held on Saturday, 8/1 from 10a-1p at The Venue at Bartlett Station and the library.

We will be giving away free backpacks and supplies (while supplies last), offering haircuts, health screenings, and more through local vendors. Enjoy a day filled with food trucks, games, inflatables, crafts, and plenty of fun activities for all ages!
