We are excited to announce that mama ducks child care will be joining us

We are introducing childcare at Fitness one in Bardstown!

This has been a service needed for a long time and I’m so excited they have chosen to collaborate on this adventure!

Our hours aren’t completely set yet because that will depend on when we’re most needed! There will be a 2hr maximum for each day and you must remain in the building. You MUST be a member of the gym to take advantage of this service.

We are super excited about this 🎉

Starting in September, I’ll be offering services at Fitness One Gym in Bardstown!

Stop in, pick up heavy things, and then reward yourself with a little relaxation afterward. Train hard, recover harder!

And to all my Southern Belles clients — don’t panic. I’m still seeing clients there too! I’m just expanding a little and bringing my services to the gym as well.
