Tomorrow is our 4th Yoga in the Park of the season🎉☀️
If you’ve been curious about yoga but feel a lil nervous about coming to the studio, this is the perfect place to start.
We’ll be practicing outdoors, surrounded by fresh air, with plenty of space to simply show up as you are.
No experience needed. No pressure to be any certain way. And don’t worry about who’s looking, because no one is watching.
It’s just a chance to move, breathe, and enjoy a beautiful morning together🌈
Bring a mat, a friend, or just yourself!
See you there🕉️

Tiny Tapas is growing in community: one teacher, one class, one offering at a time☀️
We’re so excited to welcome Shelley Davidson into the studio as she begins sharing her practice here at Tiny Tapas. Shelley, the owner of Mother Willow Wellness, is bringing another beautiful opportunity for our community to move, breathe, and experience yoga in a way that feels supportive and accessible. You can read more about Shelley’s expertise on her website https://www.motherwillowwellness.com/
One of the things I love most about this space is that it was never meant to be just mine. Tiny Tapas was created to be a warm, welcoming place for practice and offerings of all sorts. That includes creating room for other teachers, facilitators, creatives, and community-centered folks to share their gifts too.
Tiny Tapas is a mindfulness yoga studio, and a third space. A third space is a place that isn’t home or work, but somewhere people can gather, connect, and feel a little more rooted in community. Spaces like this matter because we all need places where we can simply exist & go from strangers to friends.
Even as a certified homebody, I must admit it is nice to leave the house sometimes and be somewhere new for a little while 😅
The foundation of building community is to keep extending the invitation to the people within it!
So whether you’re a yoga teacher, meditation guide, breathwork facilitator, wellness practitioner or simply someone with a meaningful idea for holding space in the community that has nothing to do with yoga, I’d love to connect.
Maybe it’s a workshop, a healing circle, a private session, a creative gathering, a book club, or something you’ve been dreaming about but haven’t had the space to bring to life yet.
We even have chairs now if sitting on the floor isn’t your thing 😉
There’s room here for more than one voice, more than one style, and more than one way to practice, gather, and be well.
Welcome, Shelley! So happy to have you here🧡
If you have been looking for a place to share something meaningful with the community, Tiny Tapas can be a soft place to begin☀️☀️☀️

One of my favorite things about teaching yoga is finding ways to bring it into the spaces where life is already happening. So this summer, I’m bringing yoga to the farmers market to meet the community where YOU are🧡
Plus it’s nice to get out of the studio and practice in new places ☀️
Join us for a free yoga session tomorrow at 9am in the Farmers Market Pavilion 👩🌾
Mats will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own, a friendly two, and good vibes ☺️
