Question for 🫵...
Is it fair to expect that a child who can't play 1v1 or 2v2 small sided games should perform well on a 7v7, 9v9 or 11v11 team environment game?

Unpopular opinion...
Criticism is not always that bad.
Sometimes, you just suck. And someone needs to say it so YOU can improve

Players may think that putting in the work means that they "deserve" the spot/playing time.
Truth is, ⚽️ isn't fair at the competitive level ✍️

Players/parents often ask me what is the best way to get started ...
My best advice: STOP TALKING, START DOING!

There will always be more talented ballers than YOU 💯
But there is absolutely no excuse for YOU not to work harder than everyone else
✍️⚽️

I would like to share that as of today, I officially hold a USSF National B License!

After some sleepless nights, what felt like endless assignments, filmed training sessions, game analysis, in person evaluations, and much more, I did it ⚽️🙏

Thanks to everyone who helped me along the way! My organization South Central Wisconsin and all club leaders for the constant support, parents that went out their way to bring kids to extra training sessions, my precious Ali Howen for being my rock when I was overwhelmed AND TO EVERYONE who continues to believe in me as a soccer coach and mentor.

Coaching soccer has changed my life and I realized that I still have so much to learn and so much I want to achieve still. But for now, this is my biggest accomplishment in this industry ⚽️⚽️

Quick reality check...
Being a good dribbler doesn't necessarily mean you are a good soccer player
