Yesterday, it happened so fast and felt like a tight unwanted hug but on the inside of my chest. The breathing exercises started to ease the feeling, but the calm truly didn't start to ease the angst until my hook was in my right hand, yarn intertwined around the fingers on my left, the methodic repetition of counting stitches, my head down, drowned out the noise.
