The Calvert Hall rising senior brings a rare combination of arm talent and athleticism. Noll has the arm strength to consistently attack defenses downfield, while his accuracy on the move allows him to make difficult throws outside the pocket. And when he decides to tuck it, his speed creates another problem—his film is filled with explosive runs of 50, 60, and even more yards.

That ability to stretch a defense vertically through the air and create explosive plays with his legs makes Noll one of the most dangerous quarterbacks in the area.

The New Town rising senior linebacker plays with the speed and physicality you want at the position. Ricks does an excellent job reading and reacting to the action in front of him, quickly diagnosing plays and attacking the football with purpose. He isn’t afraid to bring the contact, consistently coming downhill and looking to make an impact on every snap.

His combination of instincts, range, and physicality makes him a linebacker offenses have to account for.

👀 If there’s a play to be made, expect Desmond Ricks to be somewhere in the middle of it.

Absolutely. I’d keep the focus on his power, speed, cutting ability, and production without the comparison.

2026 Players to Watch: Brandon Rattet

Coming off a highly productive junior season, Brandon Rattet enters 2026 as one of the area’s most intriguing returning running backs.

The Baltimore City College rising senior rushed for over 1,200 yards and 12 touchdowns last season, showcasing a unique combination of power, speed, and elite cutting ability. While he may not be the biggest back on the field, Rattet runs with tremendous physicality and has the burst to turn a small crease into a big gain.

His ability to get downhill, break through contact, and make sharp cuts in the open field makes him a difficult matchup for opposing defenses.

👀 With last year’s production behind him, expect Brandon Rattet to be one of Baltimore City’s biggest offensive weapons once again this fall.
