Rashod Bateman didn’t hold back when describing the difference between the Ravens’ current coaching staff and the previous one.

That’s a pretty telling statement from a player who has experienced both regimes.

If Baltimore’s new staff is truly emphasizing the little things that were previously overlooked, those details could make a big difference when the games start counting.

The biggest change in Baltimore is all about accountability. Rashod Bateman notes that unlike the past, the new coaching staff is harping on every single tiny detail. 🐦📈

CBS Sports ranked the top 30 NFL players age 30 and over entering the 2026 season, with Trey Hendrickson coming in at No. 21.

Hendrickson was limited to seven games by a hip injury last season, but when healthy, he's been one of the NFL's most dangerous pass rushers. He recorded back-to-back 17.5-sack seasons in 2023 and 2024 and has 74.5 sacks since 2020, the third-most in the league over that span.

Now in Baltimore after signing a four-year, $112 million deal, the Ravens are betting on the 31-year-old returning to his dominant form.

The Ravens entered 2025 looking to remain among the AFC contenders, but injuries and inconsistency ultimately turned the season into a disappointing one.

Still, Baltimore had several players contribute to the scoring throughout the year, with one name finishing well ahead of the rest.

Here were the Ravens' scoring touchdown leaders during the 2025 season:

Henry led Baltimore with 16 rushing touchdowns, 10 more total scores than any other Ravens player. Flowers and Andrews followed with six apiece, each scoring five through the air and once on the ground.

The defense also contributed to the scoring, with Roquan Smith finding the end zone on a fumble return and Alohi Gilman scoring on a turnover play.

But Baltimore never found enough consistency throughout the season. A Week 18 loss to Pittsburgh ultimately ended its playoff hopes and closed an 8-9 campaign.

Now the Ravens enter a new era under Jesse Minter after 18 seasons with John Harbaugh at the helm. With some changes to the roster as well, Baltimore will look for a more stable season in 2026.
