Walking, cardio, stretching—they’re all great for your health. But they don’t all do the same job.

Strength training helps build the muscle you rely on for everyday life: climbing stairs, carrying groceries, traveling, gardening, and staying independent.

The goal isn’t to replace the activities you love. It’s to build the strength to keep doing them.

Today’s Tip: Don’t wait until you’re thirsty. Sip water regularly throughout the day, especially before and after your SuperSlow Zone workout.

Strong muscles are happy muscles. Keep them hydrated!
