A few weeks ago we had a fun trip visiting our Parkour neighbors in Rochester!
It was also a great opportunity for our long time student and recent Doctorate graduate, Katia, to visit their Parkour gym before her big move out of state.
We're going to miss having Katia in our Adult classes, and I'm glad we had a great time celebrating her success with our Rochester friends!
No regular Parkour Classes tomorrow Saturday July 4th.
