2x3 with SSbar box squat. 300lbs plus 125lbs bands measured at bottom *didnt bother measuring the bands at top cause if the bottom was 125lbs the top was good, lol. Seta Moritz is starting to push up her strength. Next week will be same bands but 2x2 and alot more weight. Time to show that strength she has.
