Grow Yoga/Reiki is offering private in-home individual, couples, small group yoga, meditation, Yoga Nidra and Reiki sessions. Yoga is a practice for everyone.

Available for group events in the Philadelphia and sureounding areas. Sandi is a RYT200 & Certified Reiki Master. Grow offers private/semi-private instruction in meditation, asana, and pranayama. When you embrace yoga as a regular practice, you can expect improved balance, flexibility, strength and a sense of well-being. Call me for unique Wine Country yoga experiences that will be tailored to your level and for your enjoyment. One-on-one classes, Partner Yoga, Small group classes (I'll come to you and bring all you need!), yoga hikes, yoga/wine tasting, etc. I'll set it up and you just enjoy.
