Hi everyone, I’m Coach Ian! I’ve been coaching for 6 years.

I’ve been an athlete my whole 22 years of life, but if we’re talking about being in a class, then about 14 years, since I was just always in a gym because my parents are also coaches here at Galaxy.

My favorite thing about coaching is seeing the progress and accomplishments that my students achieve and realizing they can do so much more than they thought.
