Your feet were made to move! 👣
When was the last time you really thought about how your feet interact with the ground?
Spending some time walking barefoot on safe, varied surfaces can challenge the small muscles of the feet, encourage mobility through the toes and joints, and give your brain more sensory information about the surface beneath you. That connection can play an important role in balance, coordination, and the way we move from the ground up.
You don’t need to overhaul your routine, either. Start small, choose a safe surface, and simply give your feet a chance to feel, move, and adapt.
👣 Spread your toes.
🌿 Explore different textures.
🧠 Give your brain new sensory input.
💪 Keep those feet moving!
Sometimes a little more connection to the ground can be a great addition to the way we train.
Would you try adding a little barefoot time to your day? 👇
