Beginning Monday, July 13 and every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 to 11am directly after Adult morning jiu jitsu is our homeschool class for Ages 6 to 13, older students are welcome in the adult program (9-10am M-W-F)

At No Surrender we know that our members are the reason that we exist and are able to continue to serve the community with incredible high level, Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, Judo, Athletic and Strength Training. We have classes that fit the needs of hobbyists, competitors, families, and developmentally appropriate and engaging programming for youth in both martial arts and strength development.

As promised we have greatly expanded the schedule to accommodate all training needs and polled our current members about what they would specifically want us to provide for their unique goals. Plus, we’ve managed to do this for the most economical training price around, still offer family discounts AND we accept ESA direct pay, which is easier than reimbursement for most families. We’ve also owned and operated gyms for two decades and we are the only school that has certified master teachers overseeing the youth curriculum and strength training to ensure safety, quality, developmentally appropriate and engaging lessons and teaching technique.

We have all black belt instructors, numerous helpers on the mat, certifications specific to youth fitness, senior fitness, transformation (weight loss), strength/conditioning, powerlifting, mobility and more, decades of experience, first aid/CPR/AED certified with an AED on premises AND we are temperature controlled to ensure safety while you work out.

We do a free trial AND an extended paid trial (14 days for $39.99) that gets applied back to your membership if you sign up! Memberships in both strength and jiu jitsu are as low as $150 a month (with further discount when you sign up family)! It’s an unbeatable experience and value!
