American Nationals 2026!
We took most of our Comp Team for this major event. The kids left it all out there and I could not be prouder. Thank you to all the team parents that support the kids and encouraging them in such a tough and competitive sport. This sport requires so much courage and resilience and as I watch the kids compete I’m in awe of their ability to get out there and fight these battles. Next stop AZ State Championship and Pans!!!!

Incredible weekend at JJ World League. Our team brought home 2nd place for Select Team and Gracie Barra brought home 1st for Youth organization. This does not happen by accident. Hard work and dedication are key!!

SAFTY FIRST ALWAYS!
1. Slow down: when learning a new technique or executing a more risky move, keep safety your number one priority.
2. Level down: when training with more minor or lighter training partners, adjust the intensity and keep it at a level they can enjoy and feel safe.
3. Stay home: when feeling sick, stay home until cleared by a doctor or symptoms subside.
4. Be empathetic: take your training partners goals and feelings in consideration when interacting with them on and off the mats.
