Meet my yogi kitties!
Lotus : Female white mix with blue eyes (rare). Made an aquamarine necklace for her.
Prana : Male taby tiger stripe. Made a tiger eye stone necklace for him.
For being 3 month old kitties.......
they love a good downward dog pose!
They also love a belly savasana!
Hmmm, maybe I should try a belly savasana in my classes 🤔.

I have made pet necklaces. If interested for your fur baby, comment or DM me!

AI or enhanced? Posting the picture on the right, FB puts AI to the post. Which it has been digitally modified to look better for social media. But, it is still me practicing airplane pose by an airplane.
Makes you wonder about people's posts now. Is it super enhanced (meh AI)?
Yes, we watch stuff produced on the green screen and pay them big bucks.
It's nice to enhance a picture but want to still be real about the subject of yoga, which is about being real, present, aware, mindful.....
Feel free to comment or like and love which picture you prefer.

It's Dee's Birthday! 🎈
I am in one of my favorite poses (Dancer Pose- Natarajasana) in a field of one of my favorite flowers (Sunflower) (next to lotus).
I wish you on your birthday to not expect happiness from others, but do what feels happy for you!
Have a Namaste kind of day!
With the light in you, see the light in others! 🙏

Dee's down with - in Cleveland
in Downward Facing Dog - via one leg.
Eka Pada Adho Mukha Svanasana
-variation
Sanskrit lesson:
Eka - one
Pada - foot/leg
Adho - downward (h is silent)
Mukha - facing (h is silent)
Svan - dog
Asana - pose

And it's Dee's variation practiced on one of Cleveland's Script Signs.

Also known as Tri Pada Adho Mukha Svanasana. Tri (3 legged).

Can you guess which script sign I am at? There are 6 script signs.

Namaste
