✨ PILATES + WEIGHTS = THE GAME CHANGER AFTER 40 ✨

If you’re over 40 and still doing only bodyweight workouts, it may be time to add a little resistance. Do each exercise x 12 and total of 2 sets for the ultimate burn 🔥

As we age, we naturally begin to lose muscle mass, which can slow metabolism, reduce strength, and make it harder to maintain the toned, lean physique we want. That’s where Pilates with weights comes in.

By combining the core-strengthening, posture-improving benefits of Pilates with light dumbbells, you can:

✔️ Increase bone strength
