A space to slow down. A practice designed just for you. 🤍

Whether you're brand new to yoga, returning after time away, recovering from an injury, or simply looking for a more personalized experience, private and semi-private yoga sessions offer the opportunity to meet your body exactly where it is.

Together, we'll create a practice that supports your goals - whether that's building strength, improving mobility, reducing stress, deepening your yoga practice, or simply carving out time to reconnect with yourself.

Nestled in a quiet, welcoming space in the heart of Houston, this is your invitation to step away from the noise and come home to yourself.

📩 Send me a DM to learn more or schedule your first session.

Come practice with me.

Yes, I’ll be going on vacation but don’t worry I have a wonderful crew of teachers covering my classes while I am out. For my Friday classes at Founder’s Park, I have three amazing women covering my classes - Maral, Erin & Rebecca. I know you will love them so make sure to join them and follow them on IG while you are at it 😉❤️.

Very excited about my new outfit from that came right on time for my vacation. I love the color, fit and comfort. And most of all, I love that it’s a sustainable small business and handmade by women ❤️❤️❤️.

Recently I had a conversation with my very close friend about one’s life purpose. And I shared a few resources with her that helped me in my journey so far.

In particular, there are 5 books that shaped me greatly and I have been recommending them to a lot of people.

They are in no particular order:
- Autobiography of a Yogi: Paramahansa Yogananda
- The Power of Now: Eckart Tolle (not pictured)
- The Fourth Trimester: Kimberly Ann Johnson
- Siddhartha: Herman Hesse
- When the Body Says No: Dr. Gabor Mate

Check them out at some point and maybe one or the other speaks to you as well.

10 ways of being more sustainable in every day life (in no particular order):

1. Question every good purchase twice before you go ahead and hit the ‘order’ button (make sure you really need it). 💵

2. Buy less fast fashion items from big retailers but rather from smaller sustainable stores using sustainable and long lasting materials. 👗

3. Carry resuable bags with you for all your purchases. 🛍️

4. Pick up trash that’s right in front of you on the beach, the sidewalk etc. 🗑️

5. Buy local and in season food whenever possible. 🍎

6. Walk or take the bike for short distances. 🚴

7. Swap your liquid detergent for dry sheet detergents. 🧼

8. Get a smart thermostat for your home and turn the heat /cooling down for when you are not home. 🏠

9. Consolidate shipments on Amazon to all arrive on the same day (ideally the Amazon delivery day). 📦

10. Whenever possible buy single and unpackaged fruit and vegetables at the grocery store. 🥦

…and the list goes on and on. But even starting with just some of these can make an impact.

How many of these are you doing already?

Remember this song? I stumbled upon it this morning on an account I am following and decided to watch the whole song on YouTube, crying my heart out.

This is our parents generation (for some of you even grandparents generation) and they had the same plea back then that we have now. And yet we are still struggling with wars, injustice, inequality and earth pollution.
Let’s continue the fight our parents fought for Peace, Love & Freedom, through caring for one another and this planet and not looking away 🙏❤️. We all can do our part and make a small impact that may lead to a bigger impact.

Take a moment and listen to the song in full. The message is so clear. It’s my mantra for today ❤️

- 1 date

In the morning:

- 1 Mango cut into bite size pieces
- 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)

Give it a try and let me know what you think!
