Ave Bootcamp Morning Class Every Tuesday & Thursday at 9am and Saturday 8:45am in South Park in Ave Maria across the street from the Fire Department. AMU Students $2!

All you need is a towel, a water, a mat! Unlimited monthly package $52 ($4 per class) or drop in class fee $7.

Our class is like summer camp for adults. There’s nothing better then getting an intense workout with friends cheering you on, laughing and having fun. Today was the greatest 💪🏽🥰

Ooh BABY BABY!! We have so many babies in class. We pass those 30lb sack of potatoes to each other and help the moms get their daily workout in!! 💪🏽👶🏻😜
