📣RLAG Takes on Emma Long! On Monday July 13, 2026💪🏼
Ready to challenge yourself?
🚨Emma Long is one of Austin’s most technical trail systems, known for its rock gardens, limestone ledges, punchy climbs, and endless opportunities to build your skills. But don’t let that intimidate you—this ride is about growth, not perfection.
🌿 Newer riders, we’ve got you! There is a less technical trail section that offers a great opportunity to experience Emma Long while building confidence at your own pace.
For those ready to tackle the technical trail, remember:
You don’t have to ride every feature.
You don’t have to clean every climb.
You don’t have to prove anything to anyone.
🙌🏻Just show up. Try. Learn. Laugh. Ride.
⭐️Every obstacle you attempt, every feature you session, and every challenge you face is another step forward. Walking a section isn’t failure—it’s part of becoming a stronger rider. Every rider starts somewhere, and every ride is an opportunity to grow.
⚡️At RLAG, we don’t measure success by how many features you clean—we measure it by the courage it takes to clip in, push your comfort zone, and encourage the rider beside you.
👉🏻Show up.
👉🏻Try.
👉🏻Celebrate every win—big or small.
🔥Because progression and confidence are built one ride at a time.
Ride Like a Girl.

2026 RLAG Our riders are courageous, encouraging, resilient, and inspiring. They celebrate victories—big and small—and remind one another that progress isn’t measured by speed or skill, but by the willingness to keep showing up.
The magic of RLAG is the community we’ve built together. A place where friendships are formed, confidence grows, fears become accomplishments, and strangers quickly become trail sisters. 📸photo credit: Dale Daugherty, MTBATX

RLAG 2026
There is something truly special happening within the RLAG community. ⭕️
It isn’t just about mountain bikes or miles on the trail.
⚡️It’s about the women who choose to show up—for themselves and for each other.
Every ride tells a different story.
💪🏼A rider conquers a feature she never thought she could. 🫣Someone clips in for the very first time.
🌿Another finds the confidence to try a new trail. 🫶🏻Someone else simply needed a place to belong.
And every single one of those moments matters.🚵♀️
📣Our riders are courageous, encouraging, resilient, and inspiring.
🎉They celebrate victories—big and small—and remind one another that progress isn’t measured by speed or skill, but by the willingness to keep showing up.
🦄The magic of RLAG is the community we’ve built together. A place where friendships are formed, confidence grows, fears become accomplishments, and strangers quickly become trail sisters.
👩🏼🤝👩🏽To every woman who has joined us—whether you’ve ridden once or a hundred times—thank you for making this community what it is.
🌈You are the reason RLAG continues to grow, inspire, and welcome more women into mountain biking.
🍻Here’s to every laugh, every challenge, every muddy ride, every high-five, and every finish line.
🖤Together, we’re doing something bigger than riding bikes.
🐤We’re building confidence.
🐤We’re building friendships.
🐤We’re building community.

Today, we watched women ride through fear. We watched confidence grow with every turn, every feature, every run down the mountain. We watched riders cheer each other on, celebrate victories, dust themselves off after setbacks, and keep going.
Because that’s what progression looks like.
Progression and overcoming fear are lifelong friends. They take you places you never imagined possible—not just on the trails, but in life.
Maybe you conquered every trail you hoped to ride.
Maybe you walked a feature that wasn’t your day.
Maybe you took one run instead of five.
Maybe you surprised yourself.
It doesn’t matter.
What matters is this:
You showed up.
👉🏻You chose courage over comfort.
👉🏻You tried.
👉🏻You believed in yourself just enough to take that next roll-in.
👉🏻And today, that is a victory.

🚵♀️The mountain didn’t care if you were ready.
It waited—silent, steep, and unforgiving—daring you to drop in anyway.
Spider Mountain has a way of testing you—not just physically, but mentally.
New trails. Steeper descents. Faster speeds. Fear. Anxiety. Self-doubt.
For many of our RLAG riders, today was their very first downhill experience, and every single one of them faced something that challenged them.
And they did it anyway.
🙈Today, we watched women ride through fear.
💪🏼We watched confidence grow with every turn, every feature, every run down the mountain.

🫶🏻We celebrate every moment of bravery.
🫶🏻Every personal breakthrough.
🫶🏻Every lesson learned.
🫶🏻Every smile.
🫶🏻Every fear faced.
👏Today we celebrate ALL WINS—big or small—because every one of them moves you forward.
Thank you To every RLAG rider who joined us at Spider Mountain: I am incredibly proud of you.
And more importantly, you should be proud of yourself! 🖤
💪🏼Keep showing up.
