A little summer schedule shift
With so many people traveling, staycationing, lake-daying, and leaning into the slower rhythm of July, we’re trimming back the Bonfire schedule for the next couple of weeks and focusing on your favorite classes.
Please be sure to register in advance so we know who to expect, and keep an eye on the schedule as these changes are happening in real time.
Fewer classes for now, same Bonfire heart.
We can't wait to see you on the mat.

Summer has its own rhythm.
People are traveling, kids are home, lake days are calling, and July always asks us to move a little differently. So for the remainder of the month, we’re slimming down the Bonfire schedule and putting our best foot forward with a smaller lineup of your favorite classes.
Fewer classes, same heart. Same heat. Same music. Same beautiful room full of real humans showing up for themselves and each other.
Your presence matters here, and this community stays strong when we keep showing up together.
Check the schedule, pre-register when you can, and we’ll see you on the mat.
Five minutes.
That’s all it can take to shift the whole tone of your day.
Slow, deep breathing can help calm your nervous system, soften tension in the body, steady your thoughts, and bring you back into the present moment. It can be especially helpful when you feel scattered, overwhelmed, overstimulated, or just a little disconnected from yourself.
Try this:
Inhale slowly through your nose.
Let your belly and ribs expand.
Exhale even more slowly.
Let your shoulders drop.
Repeat for five minutes.
No special equipment. No perfect setting. No big performance.
Just you, your breath, and a small moment of coming back home to yourself.
This is yoga, too.

We are so excited to welcome Lynn to guest teach at Bonfire this week!
Yall be sure to check out her classes Monday at 9:30am and Tuesday 5:30pm.
Lynn believes life can be loud—and yoga offers a way to hear the wisdom within. With over 25 years of personal practice and 20+ years of teaching, she creates classes that blend thoughtful sequencing, yoga philosophy, alignment, energy, and eclectic music into a truly unique experience.
A lover of both fiery vinyasa and grounding yin, she is known for encouraging curiosity and self-compassion, Lynn hopes to help students navigate both their practice and their lives with grace, humor, and a light heart.
