Athlete of the Month: Sonia🥇
Sonia has been part of the GrassIron family for nearly 10 years, and after a decade of heavy lifting, setting a new personal best is no small feat. But that’s exactly what she did!
💪 SHE DEADLIFTED 125kg (that’s 275 lbs)!
And she didn’t stop there. After deciding to get serious about her nutrition, Sonia also
💪 LOST 30 POUNDS!
Getting stronger while losing weight is a rare combination. It takes patience, consistency, and a lot of quiet, unglamorous work. Sonia, we’re so proud of you. Hats off! 🎉🥳
