Body recomp is so powerful! approach helped me feel STRONG, and facilitated muscle gain and fat loss. While i have lost a lot of body fat, i actually weigh MORE in the second picture bc of muscle gain!

This split has enough volume to facilitate hypertrophy and muscle growth and strength gains, while also balancing load so you can feel consistent and successful without feeling burned out.

Workouts are 40 to 45 minutes, with the exception of Thursday, which is a 20 minute core day designed to act as active recovery. You’ll need dumbbells and it would be great to have access to a bench and potentially a mini band. Every single workout has video that goes along with it and in your coaching!

For years I worked out hard, ate “clean,” and watched nothing change in the mirror. Puffy. Frustrated. Convinced my body was just broken.
Turns out it wasn’t broken — my training was random. The second I started doing the same workouts week over week and actually progressing them, everything shifted: down 8 inches, down 8% body fat, fully recomped. No new fad every Monday. Just repetition + progressive overload + patience.

Core workout that actually builds strength (not just a burn) 🔥

Save this for your next workout:
→ Heel taps x60sec — dial in your breathing + abdominal pressure
→ Unilateral dead bug 2x12 each side — anti-rotation core control
→ Reverse crunches 2x10 — think pelvic tilt under
→ Oblique crunches 2x10 (weighted)
→ Plank with hip dips 2x45sec

This is how you build real core strength — the kind that shows up as visible abs, not just soreness. Strong women train with purpose 💪
