This former 413 fighter is a rock ⭐️. When our schedule didn’t work with hers she joined our ladies-only host gym and kept fighting her movement disorder. Since then she’s written a new book and holding a 3 minute plank.

Have YOU ever held a 2:50 plank? Probably not yet but DONNA HAS. 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️ That’s what you get when you add consistency, physical strength, and mental grit. 💅🥊❤️ And Donna didn’t do this just for funsies - she is raising money for where friends could pledge money for every 15 seconds she held that plank! 🤑🤑🤑
