Last week during Buddy Week #3 the kids worked thru the obstacle course with a buddy encouraging each other along the way. We taught the kids about their strengths💪 and weaknesses and how having a weakness is not a bad thing it just something we need to practice at.

🚨Kids Night Out Returns this Fall!!!

🪩It's back! Kids Night Out this fall promises 4 hours of action-packed fun with obstacle races, nerf battles, “Silent Hill”, team challenges, dinner, and ice cream sundaes! 🍔 🌭🍕🍨

Last week was Buddy Week #2 here are some pictures from the week. We still have 2 more Buddy weeks left. If you already belong to the gym remember to invite your buddy’s for classes the next two weeks. If you want to try out Hot Ground Gym bring some buddies for a Free Trial Class.

📣As students head back to school, Coach Justin is kicking off August with one of our favorite training cycles: Buddy Month! 👯‍♂️

📚This cycle focuses on essential social skills that help children succeed both inside and outside the gym. Students will practice making eye contact, introducing themselves confidently, offering a respectful handshake, communicating clearly, and being a dependable teammate. They will also learn to recognize the qualities of healthy friendships, including kindness, honesty, encouragement, and respect. 🤝
