Beat the heat Saturday at analog jiu jitsu! Two things to keep in mind
1) no outside shoes. Either barefoot, or wrestling/fencing shoes that are only worn for training
2) any blades must be tipped with leather to avoid tearing the mats. Buffers and dussacks will be available too
