1 Top Set
For your working sets it should be difficult enough for where you should struggle to hit 10 reps. If you hit 10 reps increase that weight. My top set is usually a set I sacrifice some form but it allows me to pull some heavy weight for a set of 6-8 reps. Additionally adding the top set to the end of the working set allows me to prevent myself from getting injured.
